4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; Veloro is not liable for incorrect deliveries due to wrong details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Veloro follows a strict No Refund policy.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges may be considered only in case of a defective or damaged product, and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
